The Sosbes: Rayna {8 months}

Happy 8 months, Rayna Elyse!

This month was a big month full of lots of milestones! You are majorly on the move and there is no stopping you, you still have not found any food/snacks that you do not like (you love to eat), you are more playful than ever, and your little personality has exploded! :)

Measurements: This month you moved up to size 3 diapers. You are wearing 6 month and 6-9 month clothes.

Sleeping: Still sleeping great at night (11-12 hrs) and taking a short nap in the morning (in the car when we are running errands or in your bed but towards the end of the month you have started going without a morning nap) and a longer nap with Rylee in the afternoon.

Eating: You are still eating four 6 oz bottles a day. New foods this month are bananas, blueberries, and squash. You started eating some new snacks this month too...puffs (which you LOVE), mum mums, and yogurt bites.

New Tricks/Activities/Accomplishments:

Still teething like crazy but no new teeth
Still has the most infectious smile and laugh
Started army crawling this month! You can also crawl on your knees some too. Never sitting still!
Can go from belly to knee(s) to sitting and vis versa
Blowing/spitting bubbles
Started feeding yourself your own bottle!
Started copying us by tilting your head to one side
More babbling
Getting stronger and pulling yourself up on everything (so we lowered the crib)
Smacking your lips all the time (you thinks its so funny when I do it with you)
Into EVERYTHING possible!
Found her tongue and sticks it out constantly! :)
This month her personality has exploded! She has become so silly tilting her head to get our attention, putting her pacifier in her mouth the wrong way and chewing it, and getting louder by the day so she can make sure she is heard! ;)
Celebrated your first Christmas
Took your first road trip to visit MeeMe & Poppy in Arkansas
Went to the children's museum for the first time
Gets on her knees and bounces/dances when excited!

Likes: LOVES the remote control, Rylee, tags, wires, books, dumping over the baskets of toys, pulling herself up to get toys or see Rylee, trying to stand, being talked to or sung to, being tickled, open mouth kisses, peek-a-boo, jump ropes & hoola hoops from TLG, being held, people watching, door stoppers (will play with them forever), bathtime, chewing on everything, shopping with Mommy, pulling open all drawers that she can reach, balls, jewelry (major obsession will my rings & Daddy's watch), spitting (thinks it is so funny), knobs, wires,
