How far along? 40 weeks 1 day
Size of the baby: Our baby is the size of a jack fruit! She is about 18.9-20.9 in long and weighs about 6.9-9.2 lbs.
Maternity clothes? Yes...limited since most of my shirts are getting too short!
Stretch marks? None
Sleep: It pretty much is the hardest thing these days to get comfortable enough to fall asleep and just when I think I am then I have to roll myself out of bed to go pee for the millionth time! Started using an extra pillow just for my big belly.
Best moment this week: Spending time with Rylee (trying to soak up every last minute with her as an only child), getting to visit with all my inlaws who came in town, and anxiously awaiting Rayna's arrival!
Worst moment this week: Lots of discomfort, pressure, and a few contractions. By the end of each day I am extremely uncomfortable and just need to lay down.
Miss Anything? Just being comfortable and having energy. Sleep is definitely still a challenge these days and lately it is getting harder to chase Rylee around, pick her up, bend down to tie my shoes, etc. (Basically the simple things!)
Movement: Still lots of movement that mostly consist of body parts pushing against my belly and hiccups!
Food cravings: Mexican food, sweets, and Dr. Pepper
Anything making you queasy or sick: No
Have you started to show yet: Yes!
Gender: GIRL!! Rayna Elyse Sosbe <3
Labor Signs: No
Pregnancy Symptoms: Swollen feet/hands, lots of restroom breaks, and having more discomfort!!
Belly Button in or out? Still in but I feel like it will pop out any day now!!
How are you feeling? Good but feeling very uncomfortable
Looking forward to: Meeting and holding my newest baby girl!!!!!!! :) <My last apt update was at 39 weeks. I went from 1 cm last week to 3 cm this week and 80%! The doctor said she is ready to come and it should be a quick and smooth delivery but we are keeping my induction date for May 3rd at 830pm. Thankfully, my doctor is on call this weekend in case Rayna decides to come on her own. If not, we will meet her (most likely) super early May 4th! :)
