At 2.5 years old Rayna is at such a fun and trying age ;) She is extremely smart, talks in complete sentences, very independent, potty trained, and her big sister's biggest fan. She is a great door holder, has good manners, very attentive towards others (especially when they are upset), sassy as can be, the sweetest to cuddle with, loves to entertain and make people laugh, and gives the tightest hugs around your neck. She is the total opposite of Rylee and is all girl! She LOVES princesses, doing her makeup with Mommy in the morning, choosing what clothes/shoes/hairstyle she wants to wear, always having accessories (jewelry, purse, doll, etc) and does NOT like to get dirty, and she has officially outgrown naps.
She is still very petite wearing 2T or 24 month clothes. She currently weighs 28 lbs.
At this age her favorites include: big sister, riding her scooter, Frozen, Trolls, Snow White, Beauty & the Beast, holding the door open for everyone wherever we are, requests True Colors from the movie Trolls or Let it Go from Frozen to be sung to her daily or the 'boom boom' song by Taylor Swift, telling secrets, saying her prayers (has to include everyone), asking Alexa questions or telling her what to do (daddy's new birthday toy), princess everything
Her favorite foods include: beans/rice (Freebirds), pizza, fries, yogurt, fruit, and sweets. She is definitely a picky eater and if it is not her favorite thing to eat then she refuses or Mommy & Daddy use bribery ;)
Her least favorites include: cleaning up, bugs, timeout, being told no, smoke detector in her room, mean lady from Snow White, and when she gets interrupted lol.
Favorite words/phrases I want to remember: "really?" "seriously?" or "come on!" (always uses it in the right context), "I lush (love) you too much!", "Oh my gosh!", "it's so boring!", "akoward" (akward), "Mommy...mercial!" (commercial), "i'm going to miss mommy!" (when I told her I was leaving for my week long trip), "silly goosey!", "see ya!", "pinky promise!", "don't say mmm hmmm, say yes!" (talking to me lol), "don't leave me" or "wait for me", "actually no thank you" (good manners), "good morning!", "I'm just a kidding!", "I love to pick my nose! Me gross!", "Where's Ryee?", When Rylee was upset because she was in trouble Rayna told her, "It's otay, Rylee. Mommy still lush you.", "This is special to my heart!" (about certain songs or toys), "You're not coming to my birthday party!" (when she's mad or doesn't get her way), "I kept my panties dry!!! I made mommy and daddy so happy!!"

Pumpkin carving! Since Rayna wanted nothing to do with the pumpkin guts we decided to do a Minnie Mouse version instead ;) She loved it!
Happy Halloween! The past two years I picked out Rayna's outfit to coordinate with Rylee but this year she had an opinion of her own and insisted on being Anna from Frozen. She was the prettiest Anna I have ever seen with braids (her current favorite hairstyle) to complete the look! She LOVED it and did not want to take it off!!
She practiced all day on Halloween saying, "knock knock, trick or treat, too much candy, thank you!" and she walked with the big girls for over an hour going door to door. She had the best time and would NOT let anyone help carry her heavy bucket of candy.

Visited Santa and Rayna immediately told him she wanted Beauty & the Beast! All smiles even with her busted lip ;)
Rayna fell into the wooden sitting ledge in the playroom mouth first and busted her lip open, chipped more of her same tooth, and cut her frenulum (skin between her lip and gum) which caused the most bleeding! Her chipped tooth is a little loose and her gums are very bruised/swollen. Starting her on an antibiotic and going back in two weeks to check her tooth and gums. Praying her tooth does NOT need to be pulled and everything heals fine. She has been eating like normal and acting perfectly fine...all she needs for Christmas is a mouthguard and a helmet!

Woke up on December 8th to a winter wonderland!! It SNOWED in Texas! It was a magical morning watching the girls play in the snow. Definitely unforgettable!
