Rayna {17 months}

Happy 17 months to my sweet Rayna!

Measurements: Wearing size 4 diapers and size 5 nighttime diapers, wearing 12-18 and 18 month clothes, and size 4 shoes.

Sleeping: Sleeping 12+ hours at night and napping once a day in the afternoon. 

Eating: STILL drinking milk twice a day out of a bottle...but not super warm so we are slowly weaning her off of warm milk then hopefully NO bottles!!

Total teeth: Eight + her back two teeth just came in (barely) which is why I think she has been extra cranky lately...

New Tricks/Activities/Accomplishments: 

• Practicing her animal sounds (moo, meow, ruff ruff, rawr)
• Knows where her eyes, ears, nose, tounge, belly, hair, and toes are
• New words: night night, stinky (when she has a dirty diaper), animal noises (listed above), muah (when giving sugars)
• GREAT listener 
• Copies big sis at soccer practice and kicks the ball!
• Signs more for when she is still hungry
• Signs gentle since she is really rough lol. Working on less hitting and more being gentle to others!
• Little Miss Independent 
• Went on her third trip to the zoo! She LOVES animals (especially the monkeys - go figure!)
• Crosses her little feet while eating in her highchair...the cutest!!!

Likes: LOVES wearing sunglasses anytime inside/outside, being mommy & Rylee's shadow, brushing her teeth (will sneak her toothbrush out of the bathroom when I am not looking), climbing on the couch to sit like the big kids, playing with or just sitting with Mali in her dog bed, playing at TLG, stacking toys/blocks then destroying them lol.

Hates: Getting her diaper changed, wearing shoes, being buckled into her carseat, being told 'no', being in timeout (she is in the hitting stage right now...), not having snacks or food 24/7!

Poor baby got really sick for a week straight. First hand foot mouth then her first double ear infection both with a high fevers. She was extra clingy and cuddly which I actually enjoyed. She NEVER ever naps in my arms so I soaked up this sweet moment rocking my sick baby to sleep.
