Happy first birthday to my sweet Rayna Elyse! It was one year ago today that you came into our world and completed our family. From the moment the doctor laid you in my arms it was love at first sight. I was amazed to see how much you looked like your big sister when she was a baby but at the same time you looked very different. You have such petite features, resemble mommy more than daddy, and have the most hair I have ever seen as a baby! You are a very laid back baby but you also have a fiesty side. We call you a drama queen sometimes ;) Unlike your sister, you are very girly! You prefer not to get dirty, like looking in the mirror at yourself, love jewelery and playing with Rylee's dress up clothes. As a baby you were always pretty laid back but we definitely noticed your personailty developing. You have become very loud, wild, adventurous, fearless, and such a little sweetheart. You are such a socail butterfly, you know NO strangers, you are as loud as they come, and you bring joy to everyone you meet. One of favorite things about you is the fact that you have the most contagious smile & laugh. It literally lights up the room! We LOVE your spunky little self and big personality. You are like your sister in so many ways but at the same time you are just you which we love!
Measurements: You are still wearing size 3 diapers (moved up to cruisers) and size 4 nighttime diapers. You are wearing 12 month clothes. Weight: 21 lb 1.5 oz, Height: 28.6 in
Sleeping: Sleeping 12 hours at night and napping once a day in the afternoon. After her bottle she has been wide awake so I started putting her down for nap/bedtime awake and she puts herself to sleep.
Eating: Still eating four 6 oz bottles (feeding herself two of them a day), oatmeal (twice a day), fruits (in the morning), and veggies (for dinner). New table foods: chicken nuggets, green beans, spanish rice, peas, corn, potatoes, animal crackers, bananas, strawberries, pumpkin bread, muffins, waffles, squeezy pouches, diluted juice, donuts, vanilla ice cream, and chocolate pudding (already has a sweet tooth!)

First Birthday Party...
Rayna had a wonderful birthday party at home with all of our family and a few close friends. We had a 'flower' themed party. Rayna enjoyed playing outside in the bounce house, playing with her friends/cousins, opening her presents (well her friends and sister did all the work for her), and eating her cake (was not the biggest fan of it). It was a fun day celebrating our sweet ONE year old!! :)
