We are soooo very excited to announce Baby Sosbe #2 is a GIRL!!! Mike and I actually were both leaning towards the baby being a boy (only because there are no boys on either side of our family) but once we heard the ultrasound technician confirm it's a girl we were instantly over the moon (I of course teared up just like I did when I heard Rylee was a girl)!!
The ultrasound went great! The baby was moving soooo much LOL. She is a major wiggle worm (which I could already tell because I have been feeling her move all around for the past two weeks). She would hardly keep still but once she did we got the sweetest little images of our new baby girl. Everything looked wonderful....she is a little on the chubby side (which I love) and at 20 weeks she is measuring 14 oz. We also got to hear her sweet little heartbeat measuring at 143 bpm. The doctor confirmed that her due date is still May 2nd. Cannot wait to hold this sweet baby girl!
I am looking forward to so many things with two little girls, but more than anything I am beyond excited that Rylee gets to experience how special having a sister is. My own sister and I are are soooo close, it's really the best relationship. She is my very best friend! Nothing makes me happier than the fact that my girls (love saying that) will have each other for life and share the same sweet bond!! Mike is also so excited to have two Daddy's girls! :)
