Fall 2024

Summer flew by this year! Ready or not it's back to school... Rylee had walk your schedule but said it wasn't "cool" to take a pic as a 7th grader in the hallways. She has a great schedule and is very excited about this new year. She will be doing volleyball tryouts the first week of school...big prayers for her to make the team and for the coaches to see what I see in her!!

Rayna had Meet the Teacher and she has Ms. Johansen (homeroom) & Ms. Guzman (switch) as her teachers (she did not want to take pics with them this year - not "cool"). They were so sweet and I know she is going to have an amazing year especially with her bestie finally in class with her! :)

Happy first day of school :) My girls are growing up so so fast but I could not be more proud of them. Praying they have the very best year with the best teachers!

Love getting to walk Rayna in on the first day. I only have one more year to do this. Definitely bittersweet how quickly they are growing up! Rayna was a little nervous but mostly excited to see her friends! It helped that her teacher was jamming Taylor Swift :)

• When Mike said he there beautiful to Rayna... she said that was super awkward
• "going to have beef with that boy if he rings his bike bell at me again"
• "I can't wait to be 21 so I can understand the hype of Vizzys!"

Rylee:

• "I have two goals this year - get my mile time down in the 9s and lift one eyebrow at a time"

• If I say that girl is my 'fri' then that means they are half of my friend. We aren't besties but I just know them.

Summer 2024

 Best time of the year! Ready for some fun in the sun & making memories with my girls :)

Started with a visit from MeeMe & Poppy - we brought them to Canyon Lake and relaxed, floated in the lake, went shopping, and lots of treats. Charli got to come too! :)

Happy Father's Day to the very best girl dad! Watching you be a dad is my absolute favorite. You mean the world to us and we love you so so much!! <3

Happy Father's Day to the greatest man in the world. I am so proud to be your daughter and cherish all of our time together. The only thing better than having you as my dad is having you as my girl's Pops. Love you so much!! <3

VBS week - this is Rayna's first year going alone. Praying for a fun week where she makes new friends and grows her relationship with Jesus.

Had the best time on our family vacation at the Atlantis in the Bahamas! It was an amazing trip with so much to do and so much to see. We had a blast seeing all the sea life, beautiful beaches, and aquariums. The girls loved the water rides and the their surprise dolphin encounter! Definitely a trip to remember!

What a way to end summer... Rayna fractured her wrist at her friend's house while practicing gymnastics. She landed wrong and came home in tears. I have never seen her in so much pain. Quick trip to urgent care and the x-ray confirmed a fractured bone. Made her an appointment the next day at the orthopedics and they put her in a cast for four weeks. She is a trooper!
