Meet the Teacher was a success! Rayna has Ms. Ashmore and Rylee has Mrs. Swisher & Mrs. Newport. So thankful we were able to go to school for meet the teacher this year and I cannot wait to walk them in on the first day! They are so excited :)

Happy first day of school for these sweet girls of mine! Cannot believe Rayna is going to first grade and Rylee is a big fourth grader! They were ALL smiles and very excited this morning but a little nervous. Rayna told me before we left that she felt like she had dinosaurs swimming in her tummy :) First day jitters plus big smiles and off they go! Praying for a wonderful, safe, and healthy school year.

The school was in safe hands with this Watchdog! The girls loved having their daddy at school all day. They got to be on the announcements and have lunch together :) When asked what was one special thing about your dad Rayna said, "he is always on his phone" lol!

Rylee's first volleyball game to play in! After sitting out for two weeks with a fractured arm she is finally good to go and had so much fun! She played great, smiled the entire time, got all her serves over, and even walked away with the team medal for the game (both her & her cousin)! So proud!! :)

- "I don't know why but first grade is wayyyy easier than kindergarten. Maybe because I am just so smart?!"
- "I got sad on the first day of school because I missed you Mommy. I just swiped the tears out of my eyes and was good to go."
- Said mommy and daddy live in the "back days" or "agent days" (ancient days)
- "Don't worry about me in gymnastics...I am double jointed"
- "God made me very delicate
- "ohhhh that is so satysfying to watch" (mommy cleaning a toilet)
- "Kynlee water fountained me"
- At bedtime when she wanted to kiss me goodnight she said "I wanna lip ya!"
- "I think I am going to be real sassy when I grow up..."
- "I've got sass in my past" (means I have had sass forever)
- Stomping on an acorn and said, "I just get carried away with nature"
- Held two hearts at the deer lease and said, "I wonder what the inside of people look like..."
- "I have lots of questions for God when I die and go to heaven. Like who borned him? Who is his mom and who is his dad? Do people sleep in heaven?"
- "My backhand spring at gymnastics was my goodest one I ever did!"
- Leaving Christmas Eve service at church and as we walked outside she whispered to me "I've been holding in that toot the whole time!"

- "It's leafing outside!" (leaves falling down lol)
- "I just love school!"
- "Rayna, lets just scatter when we walk into school today"
- "Made a beautiful yummy salad....my fav!"
- Telling Rayna a secret...."Lets be good all week, I mean all our life until you know we evaporate and go t heaven"
- Telling them about Tamera's surgery and Rylee asked, "Will they sing to put her to sleep?"
- "Did you know we are made of dust and penguins poop pink?"
- "In high school you have to digest (dissect) an animal....ewww NOT doing it!"
