The Sosbes: April 2017

Happy 22/23 months, Rayna! (Mommy accidentley combined both months on the same page...oops! Second kid problems.)

Measurements: Wearing size 5 diapers, wearing 24 month clothes, and size 5.5/6 shoes.

Sleeping: Sleeping 12+ hours at night and napping once a day in the afternoon.

Total teeth: 12+

Favorite food: Still super picky! Likes rice/beans (especially from Freebirds), chicken nuggets, french fries, ketchup (new), fruit, cucumbers, applesauce, crackers, yogurt, any & all sweets

New Tricks/Activities/Accomplishments:

New words/Fav words (I want to remember): Says all the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse friend's names, woo woo (when she plays dress up and wants to show it off), NOOOO, up, down, out, pepock (pocket), bu buck (buckle-which she HAS to do herself in the car), 'I dunno' (while shrugging her shoulders), 'nana' - banana, Ewwwwwugh!, airplane, "oh gosh!", high five, 'happy birthday to you', Pops, orange juice (her fav-only out of my cup though lol), niiiiice, freebirds, stop, good morning, sorry, knock knock, Where's daddy? - "work", Where's Rylee? - "scooool", pwetty, cheeeeeese (while looking in the mirror), Mali, hi, bye, ticka ticka (tickle tickle), nack (snack) - ALL day long she requests snacks, no no, eat!!! (as soon as she wakes up from nap or morning)...the girl is ALWAYS hungry!
Always walks on her tippy toes ;) Guess she might be our little dancer when she gets bigger!
Super high maintenance lol! When we tuck her in at night or nap time and her foot is uncovered she cries 'feet' until it is covered all the ay up! She also HAS to sleep with her 20 stuffed animals/baby dolls and ALL by her face or she will cry in the middle of the night if one is out of her reach...such a little diva!
Very dramatic still! If she doesn't get her way or she gets in trouble she throws the biggest fit screaming crying and plops/throws herself down on the ground (usually face first) for a good 2-3 minutes. If she gets in trouble with me she cries for Daddy and if she gets in trouble with him she cries for Mommy. She's got it figured out lol!

Celebrated Valentine's Day at TLG and got some special goodies from Mommy & Daddy!
Rode her first horse!
Learned how to escape her crib! During naptime she was taking FOREVER to fall asleep and instead pacing around her entire crib trying to get out...after being quiet for a while I saw on her monitor all her millions of pillows, blankets, and animals/dolls piled up and just assumed she was somewhere in the mix sleeping. Seconds later I heard a noise and just KNEW it! Ran upstairs, opened the door, and found her on the ground just reading books. I am so NOT ready to out this wild monkey in a toddler bed with access to get out anytime she wants but I guess it is happening. Lets hope and pray since she skipped a nap she will sleep all night instead of partying.
Went to Lumberton for Granna and Pop's birthday weekend
VERY interested in the potty...takes her diaper off any chance she gets and points to the potty, gets paper, and uses the words tee tee/poo poo when Rylee goes. We got the big girl potty out for the first time just so she can get familiar with it but not quite ready to potty train just yet. I don't think it will be too long though... She loves doing everything big sis does!
Went bowling for the first time...LOVED it!
Went to her first rodeo!
Since she is still rear facing in the car EVERYTIME we go somewhere she says very loudly, "Mama?, Dada?, RyRy?" making sure everyone is in the car since she cannot see us lol.

Knows and understands when she tee tees and poo poos. She tells me when it happens but is not ready for potty training yet....no interest in the potty just yet.

Likes: LOVES to dance, Mickey Mouse, Moana and singing along with Rylee to the theme song on the movie, baby dolls, bubble baths with Rylee, her Baby Faces book, walking Rylee into school and picking her up in the afternoon, pushing the baby stroller, playing outside, TLG (especially the beam and bars), ride the golf cart, animals, playing outside, pockets...especially digging into Daddy's for his pens & phone, chapstick (will cake it on or just put it in her mouth lol), giving & reiceving LOTS of sugars when she is being sweet/before bedtime/or when she has a bobo she has to have everyone kiss it several times, shoes (if I cannot find her she will most likely be in either her or Rylee's closet digging though shoes and trying them on), and taking off all of her clothes.

Dislikes: Time out, being told no, BUGS (terrified and when she thinks she sees one will scream, cry, and have tears running down her face), taking turns, sharing (sometimes), when Rylee cries (she will get sad and pat her on the back), when Mali jumps on her,

Guess she learned some useful tricks from TLG this week because this is her newest one!

This little one NEVER got out of bed during her first night in her big girl toddler bed! She fell right to sleep (maybe because she skipped her nap) and slept all night without getting up. I was definitely surprised and very proud of this cute sleepy head!
