Week 26

How far along? 26 weeks 

Size of the baby: Our baby is the size of a head of lettuce - about 14 inches long and weighing between 1.5  to 2.5 pounds.

Maternity clothes? Yes

Stretch marks? None

Sleep: Still waking up to go to the bathroom and tossing and turning more often

Best moment this week: Feeling so loved at my first baby shower this past weekend. I am so blessed to have such wonderful family and friends that already LOVE baby Rylee (see previous post).

Miss Anything? Being able to sleep throughout the night on my stomach 

Movement: Rylee is moving like crazy during the day and especially at night! I can even see her little movements now!!

Food cravings: Mexican food and Dr. Pepper

Anything making you queasy or sick: No

Have you started to show yet: Yes!

Wedding rings on or off? On

How are you feeling? Forgetful at times and happy to be feeling her move everyday now!

Looking forward to: Adding to Rylee's room and going through all of our baby shower gifts.

Lumberton Baby Shower

This past weekend I was so lucky to have my first baby shower hosted by my mom's best friends. It was beautiful and perfect. I feel so blessed to have such wonderful family and friends that came out to show their love for baby Rylee.

Thank you again to all the wonderful people who came out for Rylee's shower and helped make it just perfect. She is one lucky little girl and is already very spoiled! Only three more months until my baby girl arrives...can't wait!! :)

24 weeks

How far along? 24 weeks = 6 months!!

Size of the baby: Our baby is the size of a grapefruit -about 10.5 to 11.8 inches long and weighing about 12.7 to 20.8 ounces

Maternity clothes? Yes

Stretch marks? None

Sleep: Still waking up to go to the bathroom and tossing and turning more

Best moment this week: Feeling Rylee constantly move and having Mike feel her too :)

Miss Anything? Being able to sleep throughout the night and Dr. Pepper

Movement: Rylee tends to move a little during the day but mostly when I lay down for bed-LOVE it!

Food cravings: Mexican food and pickels
