Summer is officially here! Love this time of year when Rylee has sunkissed hair, rosey cheeks, and cute tanlines! We have so much fun planned for this summer with the girls and I know Rylee will have a blast. She is such a little fish and loves the water!!
Favorites:
Activities- swimming/swimming lessons, the little gym, playing outside, riding her bike, playing with horses, taking selfies lol, going to the movies, playing horses or acting like a horse, pretending to be Doctor Rylee, playing pretend makeup (shes getting a set for her birthday), playing Ms. Ruby (hair dresser),
Sayings- "You only get out of bed if you have to teetee, poopoo, or if you are hurt, scared, or sad!" -She says this everyday before nap & bedtime since she has a habit of just getting out of the bed to see what we are doing. "Stop it or lose it!" aka "move it or lose it", 'all day long' when saying she is doing something lol, 'wine?' aka 'why?', 'I love my fambily' before nap and bedtime, "I will never forget you." - she told me this one morning when she woke up and wrapped her hands around my neck...the sweetest!, "Duh!", "Ugh...gross or disgusting!" - when Rayna slobbers on her, "You need to be killing me!" - instead of saying You're killing me, "Mom and Dad" - thinks it is so funny, "kinda, I think so" when she answers us lol, "I dont know...lets talk about it", "Never you mind" instead of nevermind, "tem-tan-ture" instead of temperature, "I've got manners in my mouth", 'pickle tails' instead of pigtails ;)
Food- Sprite, chicken nuggets, carrots, yogurt, cereal, any & all sweets, ketchup on everything

Kicked off our summer vacation by heading to the lake for Memorial Day Weekend! We stayed at Aunt Mera's house and spent the whole day out on the lake in her boat. So fun!!

Happy fourth of July!
Had a blast taking the big girls to SeaWorld for their very first time! Rylee had the best time watching all the sea animals, riding rides, & playing in the water. We saw some amazing shows....sea lions (Clyde & Seamore), killer whales (One Ocean), and beluga whales/dolphins/acrobatics/synchronized swimmers at Azul. Rylee's favorite was definitely the dolphins! She was watching in awe and waving her hand up and down pretending to swim just like them. After a fun & hot day we ended by letting them pick one souvenir. Rylee picked a dolphin and named it Sweetheart :)

Days before my {first} baby girl turned four...<3 I cannot remember the last time Rylee fell asleep on me. This made me quickly forget the major meltdown right before this sweetness happened.
Celebrated this FOUR year old's birthday in our new house! I seriously cannot believe my sweet & sassy girl is already four. She lights up our life with her silly personality, big heart, spunkiness, and contagious smile. She loves her family, friends, swimming, horses + all 'yanimals', asking endless questions, staying up past bedtime, sweets, and being a big sister. We love you so much Rylee Lynn and wish you the happiest birthday ever!

We celebrated Rylee's 4th Birthday a week later at the neighborhood beach club! This was the third year in a row Rylee and her cousin, Kate, shared a party. It was so fun! It was a mermaid themed party but we kept it really simple. We had pizza, watermelon, goldfish, and pretty cupcakes (thanks to Walmart) and added the cutest glittery toppers (purple mermaid tails, pink starfish, and green shells) to them that a friend made for us. The kids played in the sand, swam, sang happy birthday, and ate all the goodies! When the party was over we brought home a very tired birthday girl to open all of her presents. All in all it was a great day! Still cannot believe I have a four year old!

Wrapped up summer vacation with a trip to Tennessee to surprise Granny for her birthday! Rylee was great on the flight and had the best time getting spoiled by all her cousins & Granny.
